Bryant University Bulldogs Blowout Saint Peters Peacocks 69 To 44 To Even Up Record On Season At 2 and 2

The Bryant University Bulldogs went down to Jersey City, New Jersey on Wednesday night to take on the Saint Peters Peacocks. After a slow start to the night for the Bulldogs, they went on a 23 to 9 run over the final 9:08 of the first half. The Bulldogs went on to win the game by a score of 69 to 44.

The Bulldogs pulled in a program record at the division 1 level, 53 rebounds. The previous record of 46 was achieved 4 times. 11 of those rebounds on Wednesday night came from big man Patrick Harding. This followed the 19 rebounds Harding had in the Bulldogs win over Cornell on Sunday afternoon.

The 44 points allowed by the Bulldogs is also the second least amount of points allowed in program history at the division 1 level. The fewest was 43 in a 56-43 win over Fairleigh Dickinson on January 17th, 2009.

Freshman, Michael Green lead all scores for Bryant with 16 on the night while senior Adam Grant had 13 for the Bulldogs. In the second half, a jumper by Green with 15:42 to go gave the Bulldogs a 40 to 23 lead. At the midway point of the second half, Bryant was in the middle of a 22 to 4 lead to take a 53 to 27 lead.

Whats Next For The Bulldogs
